RW. Inks is founded by Rouli, a London-based tattoo artist with a background in luxury customer service. Rouli is originally from China and moved to Canada at a young age before settling in London for university.

She created RW.Inks  to redefine the tattoo experience. She's focussed on designs that hold deep personal meaning—whether it’s a cherished pet’s portrait, a handwritten note from a loved one, or a delicate floral piece. Every tattoo is carefully crafted to reflect each client’s vision, ensuring a truly unique and meaningful piece of art.
